Depression Symptoms in Women

There are several ways to deal with depression. Often they are best used in conjunction with each other. The primary medical options are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), antidepressants and in some severe cases electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). Awareness and coping strategies are also important as you learn to deal with your depression.

Apart from medical treatment, you are advised to change your lifestyle to reduce the cause of depression. Following are a few steps that can make one feel better when in depression:
